Notes: Slept better than I have been. Toxic email from Joe was exactly that - easy to see now how sick they both are ... good to exit from that quicksand. Bike ride was quite chilly - layered up and got a strong 13 miles. Tried to clear all the bad juju from Joe (and Moira) but struggled with it a bit. Hot shower and threw load of darks in. Heard from Ellen briefly and Nancy, watched some of CBS Sun morning show - so much garbage and very little truth. Made a fresh batch of almond milk so decided to add some french toast to my meal of zucchini omelet w/ turkey bacon and small arugula salad. Had texted Bette about Joe and she wanted to talk on the phone so we chatted for a bit after I ate. Had RedZone on but wasn't super invested in any game. Just after 430p, jumped on Zoom w/ Jo again - tho headache threatening. Nice day, mostly sunny and a bit warmer tho wasn't outside after finishing the bike ride. Headache didn't worsen, thank goodness. Just watched some shows and listened to loud random fireworks until after 11p, when I couldn't stay awake any more. Put in earplugs and turned on the SleepMate.
