Sunday: Checking Out

We were up and on the road early, back home by about 09.30.  Barney was delightedly indifferent to see us.  

We’ve had a relaxing day at home which has included obsessing over this year’s Christmas jigsaw.  

We had a lovely roast dinner but I don’t think we’ll stay up for midnight. We seemed to knock that on the head a few years ago. 2023 has definitely been challenging but we’re approaching 2024 with positivity.
