Light in the Darkness

J reminded me that every year on New Years Eve we have a little chat about what for each of us have been the best moments of the year (almost) just gone.

I think we were both surprised at just how long the list of good moments was.

For the first time ever we went to bed early and didn’t stay up to see the New Year in. It was impossible of course to ignore all the fireworks from midnight onwards, so in a sense we did see it in.
