It's that time of the year again.

People on the outskirts of town build scarecrows and leave them outside their house or on the side of the road. This year some of the scarecrows are holding religious placards.

If I were to put out a scarecrow, it would be nothing more than an upturned mop holding a sign- 'BAN EXAMS'.
