View from the back of the house

I must say, I'm enjoying this proper wintry weather; clear blue skies, a chill in the air, and a lot of sitting around in front of the fire reading our books. 

Apart from fetching logs from the wood store, I only ventured outside once, I think, which was when Abi and I went to pick up Dan from Bentham (he was at a ceilidh, last night).
