Woolly Glove Weather

It’s definitely woolly glove weather. A lovely day - a cold wind, sunny and a clear blue sky.

I wheeled J around our local park. It’s a nice size, not a large area, and with a pleasant circular path around a playing field, currently a bit too wet for a game of football. There were plenty of enthusiastic dogs and their owners, we said hello to Snapper and Zara again.

For a few short stretches she walked slowly beside me whilst I pushed the chair, stick in one hand and the other through my arm. It’s not easy, but important we try and do this on a daily basis.
