Friday: Lagoon

This afternoon K and I headed up to Orange Walk for a cocktail party at the Prime Minister’s house.  It was to say goodbye to the Foreign Minister who has recently stepped down and welcome the new one.  I’ll miss the outgoing one, Eamon - you always knew where you stood with him.

This is the view from our hotel room.  It’s not advisable to drive back at night so we’re stopping over.
