Bird Watchers

A proper Sunday morning with time to listen to the radio, get small jobs done, have shopping delivered etc
M is trying to get rid of a cold so we all went to Craiglockhart Pond, to blow the cobwebs away.  There seemed to be lots of bird watchers around, maybe with new Christmas binoculars and telescopes?
I am afraid that we are down to one female swan now, there are no young around.  I'm not sure what will happen next as Brigid (the female) will need a new mate before too long.  Plenty of duck and goosander action.
