Droopy tulips

I bought two bunches of tulips when we were shopping last Tuesday.  It's odd how the plain pink ones have drooped, but the ones with yellow are much more upstanding!

It's been another sunny but bitterly cold day.  We've found indoor things to do.

I cleared the dining room table of assorted stuff - mainly things dumped out of our small rucksacks on our return from holiday - and managed to trim up the latest quilt.  I've done the machine sewing of the binding, but it now awaits hand sewing.

The car needs a replacement headlight bulb!  Really annoying timimg - having been in Halfords for a battery charger, the warning light came on after we left Wexford yesterday.  We'll have to go back there tomorrow morning, as I have an evening trip to band practice.
