Iced Apple

I was watching from the kitchen window and could see three Blackbirds eating apples hungrily. I went outside to take a photo and realised that there were at least seven Blackbirds scattered amongst the apples. 

It was difficult to take a photo of them all, because they were behind vegetation, so here it the one who seems to be in charge. Often on guard and ready to chase off others - which they ignore - he decides eventually to eat instead.
