Notes: Slept a bit better I think and wasn't so cold to start the day. Just after 8a, headed to produce stand just for a couple things and went to the ATM for cash. Gray misty morning w/ sun trying to crack thru. Had coffee and did some work and then saw some sun and decided to try the pool for some rays. First few minutes were ok but clouds kept building and breeze was strong enough so didn't stay long. Took shower and made a big chopped salad and tried 1/4 of Dr Berg's recipe for keto cauliflower crust pizza - came out pretty good. Back to work then and talked to Ellen a bit about the setup for classes on the website. Chatted w/ Jo a bit and then phone call w/ woman renting a room - house on the water SE St Pete but way too much money and in the ad (she didn't say it on the phone), she's requiring the jab. I'll definitely be staying as far away from that as I can ... it sure helps to know the truth. Rough night tho, didn't watch anything, instead did a couple long meditations by Lorie Ladd and went to bed and put another on. Feeling a strong need to isolate for awhile.
