Notes: Woke early and back to sleep. Did a load of lights in the morning, changed the sheets, watched a couple videos. Talked to Jana a couple times as she was navigating creating a product, barcode and then label in Shopify. Chilly but sunny day, didn't go outside. Thawed some of the good salmon and marinated it. After shower, cooked salmon and steamed broccoli. My first cup of Kefir is done (I think) and has a nice mild taste. Hoping I salvaged the kefir grains and am storing them ok in the fridge. Watched a Netflix movie (not great) and then football playoffs. Not feeling great today mentally ... and just laying low.
