A dark, grey day which became increasingly wet as time wore on. No service in the local church today because there was an ecumenical service in Salen church in the morning which was attended by lots of folk from all the churches across Mull and Iona. It was a super turnout, much bigger than expected, so much so that hymn books and orders of service had to be shared. The singing was wonderful!
After lunch, Bertie and I ventured out and we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t quite as wet as it had seemed from indoors so we had a reasonably comfortable walk, but I wasn’t successful in finding an interesting blip. So here is our beech hedge which brightens up this corner of the garden, whatever the weather.
