Capo
Milly came over to Salford, this morning, arriving just after my German lesson, so that we could get out on a longer run for her marathon training.
The Minx kindly dropped us off and I managed to get Milly and myself lost within about a mile: I missed a turning and we arrived at the river from a confusing angle. Still, we eventually found our bearings and in the end we did a satisfying 9.8 miles.
Once we'd showered, we met up with Hannah and took an Uber into the Northern Quarter where we spent a very long and pleasant afternoon at Foundry Project.
You'd have thought that given all the above and I'd have found a photo to take during the day, but I didn't so here is my emergency blip: my first ever capo, which I've bought as I started learning 'There Is A Light That Never Goes Out' in my guitar lesson on Friday.
