Clearing

As predicted, the weather was a little different today than it was at the weekend. It wasn’t the kind of weather that had us jumping out of bed or Merlin feeling enthusiastic about a walk. He was eventually persuaded. Rather than risk losing him, we concentrated on training games that ensured Merlin stayed at close hand and within sight. The sun appeared briefly at lunchtime and although it was then grey, the mist had cleared. I completed another session with my mindfulness group this evening. It was an interesting and enjoyable experience.

Grateful today:
- That Andy had the stitches removed from his knee and all is looking well.
- To see a black cap visiting the garden.
- To have a less physically demanding day with time for relaxation and discussions.
