Callum’s birthday

Callum turned a year old today. He faces similar domestic situations like me so I can understand him.

Tom hosted a games night for us at his home. It was Callum, Audric, Jose, Tom, Mark, Sandor, and me. We played Wingspan and another game similar to Suburbia. I had made a cake for Callum, which didn’t have any toffee per his request. I decorated the cake with chocolates! I noted it was not exactly a fluffy sponge thanks to butter. I prefer cake recipes that use both oil and butter.

I have been hesitant to go to Tom’s place. I feel unsettled thinking he will say something bizarre. It was OK for the most of the time.

Post cake cutting, Jose kindly dropped us off.
