Notes: Felt totally different today and out of it in many ways ... but these all were finally good. Woke early and then back to bed around 5a. Cold morning in the 40s and dropped pretty cool inside but am handling it better. Around the house in the morning, packed a few things, took some stuff off the walls, started 2 suitcases, then did some gallery editing work until almost noon. Seemed like it could be close to warm enough so headed to pool and was decent in the sun when the wind didn't pick up! Stayed till just after 1p, shower and rested to a meditation until 3p then made an egg w/ chicken sausage and big piece of sourdough toast - tho most of the day was feeling slight nausea. Quiet rest of the afternoon and evening.
