I met a lovely man

I met him before on the internet but today I met him in real life for work and he was delightful. 

I showed him the case study I wrote for his company and he immediately got the joke that we were using fake countries from The Black Panther movie. 

I met my boss’ new boss and told him stories from my time in Pennsylvania.

I was very charming today. 

Really. 

Russia is cutting its oil and fuel exports by 500,000 barrels per day as part of OPEC but it is cutting other exports because of successful attacks by Ukraine. Russia attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure last winter and is attacking it again this winter, so now Ukraine is attacking Russia’s energy infrastructure. 

Russia and Ukraine say they exchanged prisoners of war - the first time since the crash of a Russian plane that Russia claimed Ukraine shot down. I don’t think it is proven that it was a total fabrication but it seems to be another Russian mind game. 
Russia had its biggest internet outage tonight. It is not clear why. 
Yesterday Ukraine claimed credit for a cyberattack that supposedly took down a "special communications" server used by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
