20/20 Vision

difficult to Blip today after having too many good photos & beautiful scenes to choose from in Sweden I was back in England on a grey Sunday. Luckily I had missed the worst of the bin strike (which in itself would have made a good Blip) but here's a photo of another political hot potato in the city of Brighton & Hove - the new 20mph speed limits that cover the city.
