Sunday: Pulmonaria

Temperature around 10°C all day, with a very chilly and strong southwesterly wind, I had a few walks around the garden, fed the bird a few times but much too cold to stay outside :-((

MrD was trying to print a document but there was something wrong - realised data cable between printer and the iMac weren’t connected properly … sorted! :-)

Made homemade gluten free vegetarian pizza topping to go onto gluten free pizza bases, served with roasted root vegetables. Also made a fruit cake based on an apple cake recipe I found in December very easy - https://youtu.be/WinlzKE6Oms?si=cyCpVTe34kj5fvUm - and quick.
