Snowy (Day 3194)
It was a bit of a surprise to find there had been a fairly substantial snowfall overnight. The morning wander with Sigyn took a little longer than normal because I was wading through snow and she was stopping to squirm around. She is a lot better than she has been for a while, still not right but definitely getting there.
My customer for today postponed me because of the snow, which was a bit of a blessing and allowed me and my beautiful wife to slither across to Stromness. Dad had an appointment at the doctor, and there was no way he and Mum would have made it in their car, so I ferried them in the truck.
After lunch, I took Sigyn a wander around the fields and tracks behind Mum and Dad's house. It was beautiful in the sunshine and I was lucky to dodge some fairly grim snow showers.
Once I was back, and while I warmed up, HV took Mum along to visit the horses before we headed for home.
Today marks six years sober for me.
