Trollied!

A very late, brief Blip on what has been a very welcome, lower pain day compared to recent months. 

Spotted this abandoned trolley whilst out on a stroll to run some errands.

A bitter, perishing, biting cold wind. I wrapped up warm and enjoyed some paced walking. I was glad to defrost with some coffee and soup at home!

No Duolingo Ukrainian today but did a couple of piano/keyboard lessons.

Very fatigued tonight but despite another long day, it’s been productive.

I will play catch up with journals tomorrow :)
