Slideshow

We should have gone out somewhere today as the weather was so much nicer, but I got sidetracked.

We have hundreds of 35mm slides which we retrieved from the FIL's house nearly 3 years ago. I mentioned this to someone at camera club a couple of weeks ago and he has kindly loaned me a projector. So today we started looking at some. I am sure that we will end up throwing 99.9% of them away but there may be some gems in there. It's going to take a while even with a projector and we are going to need a plan to work to.

I liked this one of an Aurigny 'Joey' plane, MIL in the foreground. We went to Alderney a few times when the BIL was working over there. The planes were fun but a bit scary as there was only one pilot, and the seat allocation was done as you boarded so they could distribute the passenger weights evenly.

In other news we finally got round to watching Killers Of The Flower Moon last night. It's long! The good thing about streaming it at home is that you can comfortable cook an apple strudel for 40 mins while it is on and still have plenty of time to eat it.
