Another time

Strider and I went to Skypark Farm to buy eggs. There is a pub nearby called The Harrow that he took me to afterwards. It has no wi-fi, only accepts cash or cheque, and is decorated like my dear old mum’s front room. But the beer range is excellent with a regular turnover of cask ales and guest beers, and Strider says the ploughman’s was excellent. I only had a half of oyster stout but it was smooth as silk. 

In the evening we did pancakes as it was shrove Tuesday and I have to say I did a very good job with them. The Dizzle and Ms R and The Yoga Mama joined us and it was all very jolly and indulgent.
