My first haircut

since retiring. Nice chap. Cheap too. Us pensioners have to count the pennies …

Today was the first time in a week that I have had a day at home, apart from popping into the nearby town centre to get my barnet sorted. Must say it was nice to slow down a bit.

Had a very good video call with my old uni friend and fellow blipper Every Day Matters.

Made chickpea and lentil curry with home made chapatis. 

Next door neighbours popping in for a quick drink this evening. I think it is a welfare visit to check I am ok with TSM away. But she’ll be home soon; will collect her from Gatwick Monday morning.
