Iris Reticulata.

The first of the new bulbs I planted last year has come into flower.
A tiny iris Reticulata called “ Purple Hill”. which I bought from Sarah Raven.
A beautiful deep purple with exquisite markings. There should be another 39 to flower. Certainly plenty of buds.
I planted them in two pots. Unfortunately however I have never been able to get any to flower a second year.
