Goat
Didn't fancy heading up a munro today either, so P booked us in to the local wildlife farm and we spent the morning feeding goats, trying to feed alpacas, taking pictures of chickens running and generally having fun looking at some animals. Blip is of one of the feral goats who were a bit away from the main famr and were interested in the food, but not enough to eat from our hands. This was a young one who I thought looked enigmatic against the backdrop. This goat had a couple of pals, one was pretty old and only had one eye - I nicknamed them Gandalf because if Gandalf was a goat, that's what he would have looked like.
We headed into Comrie to try find some lunch, only to be thwarted by the fact it's Sunday and off-season. We ended up with a malt loaf from the Morrisons daily and some other snacks. It wasn't the best, but fuelled us up enough to wander to the Deil's Cauldron and then up the hill for some magnificent views from the Melville momument. We finished off the day with a drive out to the edge of Loch Earn to look at the snowy mountains, before heading back to Crieff for some tasty thai food.
It's been a lovely weekend, looking forward to finishing it off tomorrow with a wee trip to the spa in Falkirk.
