This gull wanted to bring attention to this sign asking people not to remove chairs from Hallowell’s boardwalk that runs parallel to the river. He must be practicing because the Adirondack chairs are not out. Not yet, anyway, but it’s a day we locals look forward to. Like crocus, or robins, it’s a sure sign of spring! • A windy chilly day but good to get out after a weekend of rain. We mailed a couple of packages then headed to the river. We visited three different locations but didn’t see much except for small groups of mergansers and Canada geese off in the distance • Hope everyone has a healthy and peaceful week!
