Atlantic Cedar

Today's the day  . . . . . . . for timber

Staying overnight in Edinburgh with brother Ron and Margaret - before we fly out tomorrow. 

Good to catch up with them and their news since we saw them last.  We had a quick tour of their garden (before the rain came on again).  This is an enormous cedar tree that lost one of its huge branches during a storm earlier in the year.  

Fortunately it happened during the night and there was no damage to life or limb - but a bit to the garden.  The extra shows the extent of the wood and foliage after Ron did a bit of tidying up . . . . . . .
