Late sunshine

I met a friend for lunch in a pub near where she lives, about 2 miles from me. All the way there I noticed wonderful and different magnolia trees at the height of their blossoming. I must get out and blip some of them. Lovely to see M and we planned some future walks and outings. I had a call later from my son L to tell me he has a new job, which he was invited to apply for. He’s not an over confident person so it was lovely for him to have this affirmation Later in the afternoon I went down to my allotment. It’s awfully overgrown and a bit of a mess. But I made a good start with pruning and weeding. This was the most eye catching sight, the late sun on my rosemary bush.
