These Greylag Geese…

have decided to stay and breed , although all around are the summer migrants, Curlew, Lapwings and Oystercatchers with the same idea. It is good to see and hear them all. Higher upstream, there was a large flock of Gulls on their nesting ground too. It was a pleasant sunny day too.
