A Miscellany of Shapes and Colours…..

I have never seen this purple flower before. Friend Dawn and I came across the plant in a pot in a local garden centre. It was, we thought, quite expensive. The plant is called “Tibouchina Granulosa, Carolyn”. It’s common name is the “Purple Glory Tree”.
I had a very busy day centered around several close friends.. It was busy but also very satisfying. However I will be glad to get to bed tonight.
