Down by the shore
It was a beautiful sunny morning so we drove down to Largs first thing and took the short ferry ride over to the Isle of Cumbrae. Lots of Greylag Geese on the shore. Also saw Oystercatchers, a couple of Lapwing and a couple of Shelduck.
My main photo is of a Pipit but as usual I am not confident which one, you would think a Pipit on a rock would be a Rock Pipit but I have been wrong before and it could well be a Meadow Pipit. If anyone knows for sure, please let me know!
