Crab apple blossom

A band practice this morning, the final one before the our first performance this year on Sunday.

Susan meanwhile spent some time in her studio.

As the weather deteriorated we walked the streets of Bearsted delivering letters to Doreen’s friends and neighbours. The crab apple blossom looked particularly appealing.

By the time we went to the Annual Parish Meeting this evening it was raining hard. A good evening ensued with a large audience listening to the work of the various council committees, local community groups (including a short presentation by me about the allotments) a buffet, a question and answer session and a good opportunity to chat to lots of people
