William Wiggin Avenue

In long times past this avenue extended to a property called The Hills near where we live.  William Wiggin was one of the chief campaigners to provide the playing fields for the people of Bloxwich in the 1930s, and he supplied some of the land.  I found more details on the Wayback Machine (a website that archives old websites) from the Bloxwich Telegraph.

A relatively quiet day, L still seems unable to shift the cold that has been with her for more than a week, goodness knows why I haven't caught it.
