Wash Brook Pool Sunrise

The forecast was for mist first thing, with the chance of the sun being visible as it rose.  I haven't been down to this pool for some months so hadn't realised how wet the lane was getting to it and the margins of the pool itself.  Luckily I had wellington boots on or I would have got very wet and muddy.

I decided on an extra as the conditions were so sublime.  Almost as the colours reached their height the sun rose behind the clouds and the whole atmosphere changed.

We are heading abroad later in April and needed to get some inoculations so we walked up to the surgery later in the day.  On the way back the police helicopter kept on flying over us and the local area.  A suggestion that they were looking for someone in relation to a stabbing.  What a tragic world we live in.
