Coming Home…..

This is the view of a road we drive down when we are very nearly home. I love the horse chestnuts when they are juts getting their bright green leaves…it is even better when the sky is blue! When we have been on a long journey I am always relieved when we turn into this road as we are nearly home. It’s also the road I walk down from the bus stop to home. Today it had no parked cars which is very unusual, often they are on both sides as there is a school at the bottom of the road.

A swim first thing this morning , then some admin and later we took the grandchildren to their gymnastics class and they are staying with us overnight so that their parents can go out to dinner and a concert.
