Incoming…

Winter has come back. It was a freezing cold night, and the temperature never rose above 5°C all day. Most of the frequent rain showers were mixed with snow, sleet and hail. 

After the early summer days (25°C only a week ago), the fruit trees and vineyards will suffer badly from the frost and snow. 

The nearby Taunus hills had a snow cover today, and many drivers were stuck with summer tires on slippery roads. 

All five of us stayed inside today, and kept warm.
