Spring Steam Gala

This weekend, the Mid- Hants Railway, usually known as the Watercress Line, which is  our local heritage railway, has been holding its annual Spring Steam Gala. 
We went there today as an early birthday present for my husband. It was cold, and a bit rainy at first, but eventually the sun appeared. We travelled on several steam hauled trains between Alresford and  Alton, and my  blip is of a S15 pulling a mixed freight train through Medstead and Four  Marks station. Martin also got to drive a small engine, the Kilmersdon, a few hundred yards  at Ropley station, which he very much enjoyed. See extra
