Bees in the meadow flowers

It's certainly summer - even if it isn't full on sunshine.

Wimbledon on the tv. Andy Murray giving us collective heart failure on his way to..... who knows.

I couldn't park ANYWHERE near the poppyfield, which I notice is now speckled with glorious white daisies. I couldn't persuade any of the white butterflies to land near me. But the bees were hard at work and I think they are rather charming.
