The Twisted Gourmet has been a restaurant in our community for a number of years, but recently they moved to our side of town. We had visited there several Friday evenings ago, and today, in the high heat and humidity that we are experiencing, we thought a light meal that we did not have to cook sounded like a good option. So I ordered the

Baciata dal Sole

Spaghettini, Olive oil, garlic, basil, capers, sundried and chopped tomato, with a splash of lemon and butter. $10.00. Delicious. Add shrimp or chicken $4.50. I skip the shrimp and/or chicken and ask for extra chopped tomato and no sundried tomato (they unset my stomach).
