Greece day 5

Day 4 Nafplio to Vytina.  57 miles and 5900 ft of climbing. What an epic ride from sea level up to 1300m (4200ft)! (Ben Nevis is4400ft! The first climb was 10 miles long and the last one 8.5 miles long? Pete carried all my clothing ❤️ but then made a million sandwiches that I had to carry!  They were much appreciated en route and we have a couple left for tomorrow! A totally epic day! We stopped in Tripoli for refreshments (35 miles). Up high in the hills we saw lots of goats only alerted to them by there bells clattering. Also saw lots,  and I mean lots of brightly coloured bee hives. We are now in a lovely sleepy mountain village. It seems to be famous for all things related to bees and handmade pasta! 

Coped ok today, hands were sore and now my knee is complaining a little. Bruising coming out. Good job I am used to people staring at me!
