Rain all day. Archie refused to go out first thing with JR, but eventually had to go out mid morning to the back garden...

JR had a bit of a sore arm from her jab yesterday. She considered cancelling the gym, but then couldn't bring herself to. Though she didn't go to the early session.

Actually, we did what is one of my favourite occupations: a guilt-free afternoon on the sofa, watching something worthwhile. With Magnums. And a carrot, banana, oats and nuts cake that JR made. What can be better? (Don't answer that).

When the rain went off, Archie and I took a walk round the block. Of course, it started to rain again. Then it started to pour! We were drookit. But he kindly hopped on the rather nice computer chair for a shot just as the rain started. He's a good boy.

We are hooked on Dopesick (thanks, N) - the story of how Big Pharma fuelled the opioid epidemic in the USA. Frightening.
