Diary of an Edinburgher

Result!

Wow! What a game. Well done Andy. Phew!

Up early and got lots of jobs done - tidying the house for the house swappers tomorrow. It's good that we have to do it properly now and again. Though maybe not at the time.

Took the bus into the Royal Mile mid morning, before the match, to have a wee look at what was happening and get a quick blip. And there was lots!

I chose this sax player, as I liked his style - he was fair stamping that plimsoll-ed foot, though everyone was ignoring him.

It was HOT. Had to stop for a frozen yoghurt (yum yum) and accidentally stopped at the new patisserie and two Danish pastries jumped into a bag and insisted on coming home with us. Might as well start a day early. Actually, I'm thinking that diet may not (re)start in Copenhagen after all...

We fly out tomorrow midday, and so tomorrow's blip will hopefully be a real Danish pastry.

Did I say Danish pastry? Oops. Freudian Slip. Of course, I meant a Danish building/ person/scene.
