Not a day for gardening, though I did nip outside this afternoon, between heavy showers, to plant a few of the ground-cover plants I bought last week. Hoping they survive the slugs!

Apart from that it was an indoors day, apart from a brief trip to Huddersfield with MrM. He needed something with which to finish off an instrument, and I just fancied getting out of the house for half an hour!
