Our 2024 Graduate

We decided to take the day off other than some light work in the kitchen. I made scones for Parker and Mancil. Also made a coconut cake to share with Kim and Jamie. Mancil’s graduation ceremony was streamed at 10:00; we watched it from the comfort of our rec room. Each student got four tickets and there were no spares to be found. He conducted himself like a gentleman unlike some of his classmates. Made us proud. He had a few rocky moments in his early high school days but he has certainly matured into a responsible young man. Hubby spent much of his day researching what he needs to connect his new back up cameras to his truck and the camper. Sure would be nice to have a bit of parts standardization in this world. But then we’d probably be bored with all that extra time on our hands. We are heading to a nice seafood restaurant to celebrate Mancil’s graduation with his immediate family.
