Silly driver

I've tagged this for Silly Saturday, but stupid might be a better description than silly. This concrete ramp onto Seven Mile Beach is provided so small boats can be launched. Over 10 or so years, this is the first time I've seen a driver get bogged. Most wouldn't drive onto the beach unless they know what they're doing. This one obviously didn't, and got bogged within a few metres of leaving the ramp. He found a Council road gang working nearby, who came to inspect the situation. When I walked past again, 1/2 hour later, the work gang had gone back to the road and the driver was trying to dig himself out of his self-inflicted hole. Maybe he's still there!
