D showed me this morning how to cut weeds with a scythe and bush blade. He spent some time setting up the scythe so that it was right for me and then I had a go. I need some practice but we have plenty of weeds to practice on! You can see the sort of thing I was doing in this clip. I like the sound the scythe makes - much nicer than a strimmer :-)
