Notes: Awake early, online for a bit and then headed out on bike shortly after 6a - steamy already, feels-like around 90 deg! Saw the rainbow lights first thing on the park street, went down and then back north and came into Publix lot from the side streets (got a bit more cash from the ATM) and then hit the trail from there. Felt pretty decent and did a solid 15.5 mi. Cool shower (shut off the circuit to the hot water heater on Thurs I think) but felt good, 2 loads of laundry, coffee and Sun morning show. Meditation and rested a bit and then made broccoli omelet w/ sprouted toast. Also juiced the bit of fruit I had w/ some celery. Dessert was balsamic strawberries w/ a bit of monkfruit, left out to sweeten - so good! Ran DW, packed off and on ... tho wouldn't be horribly upset to have the cat-sitting canceled - still debating whether to take bike. Streamed some shows in the evening, tired early.
