Anxiety attack
I woke up this morning feeling anxious. I usually feel like this when I log on to work after a holiday. I don't know the reason for it, but this happens each time. However, after the hometaker responsibilities I still felt anxious. Later in the evening, I knew the plans were to meet John and the others for a dinner after the dance, I was not too keen.
At the dance class, I sweat horrendously due to my anxiety attack and found it difficult to breathe and control myself. So, I remained silent. John is leaving Edinburgh soon and off to Switzerland, so I knew that I have to spend as much time with him as possible. The dinner was OK. At the occasion, there was also a punjabi-pakistani lady who I thought was very expressive and talkative. I didn't eat much but it was nice to chat to others from Bulgaria, and Poland.
John left early from the dinner due to his son, Malte feeling a bit sick. The punjabi-pakistani women suggested to walk together since she was heading to the canal and I live near. It was nice to know someone as into punjabi music as me (probably lots more).
